Ladies beware, Mavis Discount Tire on Race Track will rip you off

Description

I had the oil changed in my Toyota Highlander, with a $10 online coupon. A couple weeks later my daughter, 18 had her oil changed in her Rav 4. She used a 50% off coupon and was charged almost $20 more than I was. Same oil, same filter. The Highlander V6 takes more oil than the 4 cyl Rav4, so it should cost a little more anyway. Called the store and was told oil had gone up a lot lately, didn't get anywhere. Called corporate and was told that Jaime, the regional or district manager would be in touch. Waited 2 weeks, and called back. Was told that Jaime told the store to handle it. I asked again to have Jaime call me to work this out. Almost 6 weeks and no call. I have to imagine this is a tactic they use when they think someone doesn't know about cars. There corporate office does not care about blatant ripoffs like this, why would they care about the service they perform on your car? I have both receipts as proof I called the other Mavis on San Jose and asked for the out the door price for oil change on either car, apparently we were both overcharged. Check your receipt, don't get ripped off and find out the cost ahead of time. If they truly gave my daughter a 50% discount, then the normal price of an oil change is about $90. It's a shame that customers are treated like this, it's a shame that they would take advantage like this
