I am looking to rehome Penny, she is a young, approximately 3 year old Chihuahua that we got from a family on Craigslist a month ago. She came with her pup and we were hoping both dogs would work out and transition into our family life but she needs a quieter environment. We have a busy and active household with 3 kids and it seems to be too much for her to keep up with. She is a very sweet dog, so quiet and calm and she is low maintenance. She likes to sleep a lot and go out for walks but doesn't require much else. She is very gentle with our kids and has never gotten snippy with them but I think she would do best in an adult only home where she can have peace and quiet and people to cuddle with and a slower pace of life. She gets along with our dog and could go to a home with another dog. Her history is a mystery as she was found as a stray in December 2020 and she was very timid. She's more social now but does like the comfort of her bed when there is too much going on but I really do think she would blossom and open up more in a quieter home. She is spayed and fully vaccinated. I am asking a $100 rehoming fee. Please call or text if you have any questions.
