North Main Street Paving Project To Spur Lane Closures For Weeks

MOORESVILLE, NC — Construction on North Main Street in Mooresville will mean temporarily nightly lane closures for several weeks, North Carolina Department of Transportation said Wednesday. Travel on Main Street/ Highway 152 will be shut down by one lane between East Iredell Avenue and Linwood Road from 8 p.m. until 6 a.m. each night, beginning Wednesday, Aug. 18. The resurfacing project is expected to be completed by Sept. 9, NCDOT said.
