quote wanted for small roofing job and paintjob

I would like to get an estimate for the following job: I have a 12‘ x 16‘ gazebo structure in my back yard that had a large branch fall onto it, damaging the roof. It made a small hole in the plywood roof and also broke a 16‘ long 2“ x 4“ along the front of the structure. I want the existing roof removed, damaged plywood replaced, 2“ x 4“ along the front replaced, drip rail installed all around (never was any installed), and the tar paper and shingles replaced with standard grade roofing shingles. I am also interested in getting the structure painted after the roof has been repaired, but that could be done by a different person if need be. So I am looking for a quote on the roofing job to include materials, and also a paint job to include materials. Thanks!
