Come work for one of the premier cut flower growers in Carpinteria! We have job openings for flower pickers and fieldworkers open now! Flower picking and/or farm work experience is preferred, but we can also train motivated individuals You must be self motivated, reliable, good with your hands and able to work hard Mostly Spanish is spoken in the field We have multiple shifts available: Shift Option #1: 8 hours per day Monday-Friday (7AM to 3:30PM) and 5 hours on Saturday (7AM to Noon) for a total of 45 hours per week Shift Option #2: Start after your regular job and work for 3+ hours per weekday (daylight allowing) and more on Saturdays if possible for 20 to 25+ hours per week We offer health/dental/vision insurance, life insurance, paid holidays and paid vacation for full time positions (Shift Option #1).
