Description
This bright and bright-eyed 4 year old Australian Cattle Dog came to Aussie Rescue via a loving owner who didn't have the time or the money to fix her two torn cruciate ligaments, but who loved her enough to make sure she was going to get the care she needed. Two knee repairs later, Bailey is ready for her forever home!
Bailey is smart, obedient, and well trained (thanks to that loving owner, who raised her from puppyhood). She's housebroken, good on leash, crate trained, rides well in the car, and lives happily with several other dogs and a cat. In addition to having both knees repaired, she recently had a dental, and she is spayed and vaccinated. So that's about $15,000 in vet bills you will never have to worry about!
Bailey is a little shy and standoffish with strangers, but warms up quickly and is very devoted to her caretaker. She's got that cattle dog-loyalty thing down in spades.
If you are interested in Bailey, and need more info, you can reply to this post. If you think you might want to adopt her, you should start by completing Aussie Rescue So Cal's adoption application at https://www.aussierescuesocal.com/applications/adoption_v2/ to get the process started. Completing the application is NOT a commitment to adopting.
The adoption fee is $350, an incredible deal when you consider how much we spent to make sure she is healthy and happy and ready for her forever home!
