We are looking for a full-time mechanic for a new mechanic shop in Somerset WI. Our parent company Landbridge Ecological just moved into a new shop location in Somerset Wisconsin and we are looking for a full time mechanic to repair equipment (large and small), truck fleet, as well as small engine repair and upkeep on our company fleet. We own several small to medium sized tractors, CAT 259 and 299 tracked skid steers, 12 trucks (diesel and gas) and various implements and small equipment (weed whips, chainsaws etc).
The new office location is a certified Sthil dealership and we intend and having the new hire take on repairs and maintenance on small machines as they come in (5-10hrs per week). Half of the time will be spent on repair and upkeep on our equipment fleet. Position is based out of Somerset WI.
30% Small engine (Sthil chainsaw and brushcutters)
40% Repair and Maintenance of equipment fleet (trucks, tractors, skid steer, trailers, and implement repairs)
30% Parts ordering, offsite repairs and mobilization
