Napa Construction a Commercial Construction Company in Fayetteville is looking to hire a Dirt Crew Supervisor/Job Supervisor IMMEDIATELY. The right person must have some equipment experience in Backhoe, Excavators, tractor, and dozers as well as commercial construction experience. Running equipment is a plus. We self perform dirt work so the ability to learn and adapt is a must. Duties will include working at multiple sites, greasing and servicing machines, running equipment, reading plans etc. Job duties will change time to time depending on the job. Must be a good communicator, work well with others and under any pressures that may arise. Must be able to supervise others with a positive attitude and work ethic. We work all around Northwest Arkansas. Work schedule is 7am-3pm most days, Monday-Friday. Some Saturdays may be required depending on the job and keeping on schedule. Starting pay is depending on experience and negotiable. Can be adjusted upon experience, contribution, and loyalty. Prefer an applicant looking for a career and eager to learn. Apply by email only.
