White Oaks Crossing an affiliate of Soave Enterprises has a position open for a part-time Clubhouse Attendant at its modular and manufactured housing development in Oak Grove, Missouri. Position Overview: We are seeking a part-time professional person who is a self-starter; dependable and honest. Has good verbal and written communication skills. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to: • Uphold a resident-friendly, welcoming environment. • Answer phones and assist customers and residents with various small requests. • Serve as an attendant during community events at the clubhouse. • Clean and maintain general up-keep of clubhouse and pool area as needed. This will include housekeeping such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, etc. • Keep kitchen and restroom supplies well-stocked for residents and staff. • Open and close the clubhouse. • Other duties as assigned. Minimum Qualifications: • High-School Diploma or general education degree (GED). • Good customer service skills. • Able to lift up to 20 pounds. • Good housekeeping skills. • Able to pass a required background check and drug screening. Rate of Pay and Hours: This a permanent part-time, hourly position. Hours will vary 20-25 per week and include evenings and weekends. Flexibility with scheduling is a must. Pay will commensurate with qualifications and experience relative to the position.
