I am looking to hire someone to do a checklist of work to get our house ready to put on the market. I imagine the work would take an experienced worker a day and a half or two. Or a team of workers a few hours. Tasks include: - Place Floor Trim in two bedrooms (roughly 90 linear feet and a small 18 inch section) - Touch up paint throughout house - Minor grouting on bathroom tile floor - Install 1 AC register and repair the drywall around the vent - Install 3 floor AC return vents - Repair drywall around an entire doorjamb (Likely only need mudding) - Repair two minor drywall spots (roughly 6x2 inches and 4x1 inches) You will need your own tools and will need to measure the vent registers and purchase them on your own. I will reimburse for the parts immediately. I have all other supplies needed, including: Drywall, drywall mud, dry wall screws, scrap 2x4's, paint, paint brushes, sanding block, and grout.
