We are a Management company and we are needing part time cleaning sub contractors Description of job offered *Detail clean vacant houses *Hours and days can vary each week. 1-4 days is possible (will discuss this further with the application process) Requirements *Must have transportation *Provide 3 references * Must be detail oriented * Must have previous cleaning experience Areas we work- Grandview, Raytown, Independence, Kansas City and surrounding areas. *You will receive a gas allowance each week Pay There will be a 1 month training period with pay of $10 hour After the training period pay will be based on experience and first month productivity.
