Must Have Experience, be reliable and able to work 8 hour days. Have a valid drivers license and car (preferably a truck). Not be afraid to get dirty and work hard. Services: * Painting (mostly touch up) * Drywall patch * Landscaping * Cleaning up jobsite * Picking up items at Home Depot * Able to lift 100lbs (bags of concrete, etc) Pay depends on experience. Starting between $15 and $25 per hour. This is not a full time position and there are no benefits. Work load will vary. I have work that can start right away.
