Ambassador is seeking an Inside Sales Counter Representative in the West Point area. You must have great customer service skills as you will consistently be working with the public. You don' t have to be an expert but general knowledge for a MAJORITY of the following parts is required: Power Tools Hand Tools Heating & Cooling (HVAC) Structural Steele Safety PPE Janitorial Electrical Plumbing Daily duties performed by sales store clerk include receiving orders in person/telephone/email, assembling custom orders, processing orders at the register, sorting merchandise, maintaining supplies, verifying inventory, and processing return materials authorizations.
