Kevin, the Owner of CRICCA'S, keeps having my review taken down. I wonder why. Hey Kevin, YOU HAVE TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR YOUR ACTIONS. You know you did exactly what I am posting, so man up and accept it. I will keep posting it. So have fun reporting an HONEST and TRUE review about how you treat people. You've got to be real embarrassed by now. You could apologize for your actions. The owner of this business does not deserve his business. He is rude and does not know how to treat people. I am working a construction job down the street, on August 17th, 2021, we called in and order for lunch. I drove up the street to pick up my order, and when I tried to enter he said do you have a mask? I said Sorry I don't I'm working right down the street and I'm just to pick up an order real quick. He says "you cannot get any food here without your mask, it's California state law you dumbass." At this point I said is this how you treat your customers? You can't call someone a dumbass. Apparently you guys don't care about your business. I said let me speak to your manager. He replied "I am the owner I have been here 53 years I don't need your business get the f*** out of my store." As I stood at his doorway, trying to work out a way where I can at least get my food and wait outside, like a child, he repeatedly interrupted every sentence I said by yelling "get out of my store, get out of my store, get out of my store." At this point I said damn, bro you are a rude and don't know how to talk to people. He the replied "get the f*** out of my store, leave now." Needless to say I did not get any lunch today. So I went back to work. We definitely could have come to a mature way to work out how to receive my food from his restaurant even though I didn't have a mask but he chose to cuss me out, yell, insult me, and be completely rude. I would recommend no one ever go to this business again. I don't believe anyone should give money to and support someone who treats people like this over a mask. It was unbelievable that I was treated this way all because I tried to enter his store without a mask. I swear to GOD and everything that I know, I am not making any of this up. This is a 100% true story that happened to me on August 17th, 2021 Please do not support this man and his hate towards people who don't have a mask! JUST SAY NO TO CRICCA'S ITALIAN DELI, located at 4876 Topanga Canyon Blvd in Woodland Hills California.
