On-Call Fence Contractor or Worker

We are a licensed general and fence contractor that sometimes gets more work than we can handle on our own. We're currently seeking another licensed and bonded fence contractor with whom we can partner to sub-contract or hire on payroll to perform some of the smaller jobs we have and/or supplement our current crew on larger projects when needed. We will also consider unlicensed workers with enough fence-specific experience and tools/equipment to work on their own without supervision. We primarily work with chain link, ornamental steel, automatic gates and field-fence. We rarely take residential jobs, and focus primarily on public works projects which means most jobs pay prevailing wage (usually $50-60/HR depending on location). We try to stay in the Sacramento area, but we do work all over northern CA, so you must be willing to go where the work is.
