I am looking for a handyman with skills and tools for a number of small projects related to getting a home ready to sell. The circumstance though requires someone with a clean background and no convictions except for traffic/ parking tickets are ok. DETAILS / Some of the Projects Needing to be done are: 1. Misc trim and touch up paint-work 2. Cut down and put in place some railroad ties around beds 3. Texture repair on a wall Lots of other misc items.
