Description

We are a construction company based in Burbank, CA but have projects all over Los Angeles. We are looking for project managers to oversee the day to day progress of construction job sites. Project manager serves as liaison between workers, client and owner of construction company. Duties include: * Opening and closing job sites. * Communicating with clients. * Reporting work progress to owner of company. * Reporting any issues that may arise to owner of company. * Keeping track of materials being delivered to the job site. * In charge of maintaining and organizing job site. * Some heavy lifting may be required from time to time. * May have to drive to various job sites from time to time. Qualifications: * Must have valid drivers license. * Must have reliable vehicle. * Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Must be detailed oriented and organized. * Experience with customer service is a plus. * Spanish bilingual is a huge plus but not required. * Knowing how to use Apple devices is a plus.
