I will keep this brief to 3 incidents that I and others desperately need help with. In May 2018, Officers from Marion County Sheriff's Department were involved along with a group of vagrants The Officers on scene refused to demand proof of their claims of being renters, and did not chase or remove the vagrant. This lead to the address located in Turner Oregon to be taken violently over by the vagrants, and destroyed. If the responding officers had done their job and requested documentation, they would of realized that the vagrants had no claim to the property in Turner Oregon, no damage would of been done. Instead the Officers, using their own judgment calls, over the course of months the vagrants destroyed the house. About 3 years ago, Officers responded to an apartment complex on Fisher Rd. Salem, Oregon. The incident regarding a kidnapping of a 3 year old child. The police relied on their own judgment calls instead of asking for proof of the parental figures. Such as birth corticated, social security, Dr. reports, Hospital reports, Etc... The officers believed by eyesight alone that the babysitters was the family of this child instead of the real parent and sibling. In 2020many of the same vagrants returned to the address in Turner, Oregon. Again the police responded and again the police use their own judgment calls. Instead of relying on cold hard facts. Once more leading to the destruction of Home, belongings and property. As anyone is reading this can see no officer needed to make a judgment call in all three incidence.
