I have a rare opportunity for a new family to join my small nanny share. I work with anywhere between 3 and 5 families at a time and offer a different kind of support that you receive in a daycare setting. I try to be as encouraging and supportive as possible to each family i work with. It's a team effort to keep children happy, healthy and safe and i take my roll seriously. It is important that its a good fit for both of us so we can work together long term, creating consistency for all involved. Although i have regular hours I am available each day, I also love when a family comes to me when they need help! Date nights, emergencies, extra time to get some things done kid free, even the birth of a new baby leaving your other kiddo needing a sitter or wanting to get away for a special occasion and don't trust anyone else with the kids! Those are some examples of what I have been able to provide the families i work with now. The fee is flat dependent on one or two children but it is not based on how often your child is in my care. I do require a schedule for the month be given each month with the weekdays your child will be here, however i am flexible if something comes up and you need to come on a day that was not scheduled. Please email me if you have questions! Each family I work with now has been with me for over a year, so it is rare I am available to take on a new client. I have a college background in early childhood development, I do have my first aid and CPR. I do have my own toddler, and our primary focus is on gentle parenting. We keep a routine here day to day but are always flexible when handling tiny humans. I truly love and adore each kiddo I care for and they become like family to us. looking forward to connecting with a new wonderful family!
