Description
We are looking for a few professional, punctual, and detail-conscious individuals to host open houses for our real estate listings.
The events take place mostly on Sunday afternoons, though there are some Tuesdays and Saturdays as well.
We will schedule you on a per-event basis for maximum flexibility.
We host over 150 open houses a year. These are mostly in San Francisco but also in Marin, San Mateo, and Alameda counties.
Duties (detailed job description will be provided):
- Show up 30 minutes prior to the start of the event.
- Set up signs, turn on lights, set out flyers, and similar tasks
- Interact with prospective buyers and their agents (2-hour open house)
- Send a full report of number of visitors immediately upon the end of the event
- Put away signs, turn out lights, lock doors, and similar tasks
