Job Description
We are a homeowners association located in Sacramento. You would play a key role in the daily construction projects at our 725 unit condominium community. We are looking for someone with a variety of skills; carpentry, drywall, welding, stucco, finish work, and general construction. We will provide all tools and a golf cart to complete projects within the property. This position is Mon-Fri, 7am to 3:30pm, and one week a month to share in the after hours on-call duties. The pay is up to $27 hr depending on your level of experience.
Experience is key due to the wide variety of construction and maintenance projects.
Skills:
Must have strong skills in carpentry.
Perform service requests and repairs as directed.

Building Preventative Maintenance:
Shift 7:00 am to 3:30 pm Monday through Friday. Weekend and after hour emergency on call is a shared duty between the entire staff.

Pay: $27.00 per hour for Journeyman level carpenter.
