Experienced techs would be great but not required. ERC is a leader in the restoration industry and we are willing to train hard working and professional individuals.
Duties include responding to homes or businesses that have suffered damage due to water or fire damage. Demolition of flooring, walls, cabinets, and countertops. Detailed clean up of affected areas. This position requires a lot of lifting, walking, sitting up, sitting down, and squatting.
Disasters don't have a schedule. We are focused on helping families or businesses get back to normal in as little time as possible. We have a mandatory rotational on call that requires a flexible schedule. You are paid to be on call and make overtime if called out! If you are unable to work nights or weekends when needed then please do not apply. No exceptions.
