Why don't you do something about it? I am not here to defend PG&E. But perhaps you should have a bit of gratitude that there is a company providing power to your home so that you can whine on CL rather than complaining about the very service the YOU depend on.
You can buy your power from several power companies in most of the Bay Area. Why don't you quit complaining and find a new power company. Perhaps you should go off the grid.
It is really easy to sit and complain about things. It takes intelligence to solve problems rather than whine about them. So your chronic whining is really demonstrating your lack of intelligence.
