We are a mixed Tier Grow looking for a long term candidate to add to our team.  We are a growing company with a lot of ambition.  We provide incentive for employees to become long term team members.  This position will have the following responsibilities and duties among others: Taking charge of Metrc and keeping Inventory up to date and accurate Managing and Coordinating each Harvest making sure the plants are harvested in the proper and compliant way Magage and Coordinate the Trim Team to make sure all trimmers are following all OLCC rules and trimming process is being done in the proper and organized fashion. Order plants for upcoming Grow seasons Order Nutrients for plants Order supplies for Grow or make lists of needed supplies  Working one on one with the Grow Owner Coordinating Sales Representatives when necessary Creating Transfer Manifests and Testing Manifests Must have Marijuana Handlers Card Must have reliable transportation This is a Full Time position Starting at $18 per hour with no experience or $21 per hour with experience We offer 1 work week of Paid Sick Leave We offer the OLCC allowable samples We offer raises and bonuses each year you are employed by us and opportunities to move up in the company and access higher wages.
