We manufacture world-class quality brake products for most major auto makers and have earned a reputation as a leading manufacturer in North America. We currently employ over 900 Team Members and continue to grow. Responsibilities: Support AMSD improvement projects to reduce waste and improve working conditions at all sites. Improve production methods by supporting improvement activities in standardized work and recognizing equipment performance issues. Support quality improvements of our products through data collection & root cause analysis efforts. Schedule (daily/weekly) improvement activities. Examples (Toyota) PAB boards and or Kazien activities. Assist in prioritizing improvement plans to meet company goals. This activity includes long term forecasting / impact with all stakeholders. Perform actual line-side time study analysis. Implement planned improvement methods - train, support, and development OE team members. Initiate purchase orders for parts and equipment.
