Looking for handyman to service rental units. This is NOT a full-time position. Responsibilities: -Replacing locks -Painting -Cleaning -Basic plumbing such as fixing leaks and clogs -Light electrical -Basic electrical such as replacing light fixtures -Repairing or replacing doors -Repairing or replacing windows You do not necessarily have to be able to perform all of the listed tasks. Please answer the following questions if interested: -Which tasks can you perform? -Do you have a car? -What is your desired hourly pay? -Do you have your own tools? -Will your phone take clear pics when I am remote?
