PNWBA BBQ Competition at Benton City DAZE 2021! https://pnwba.com/event-4432306/Registration Register BEFORE Sept 5th Prize Pool: $3,000 Total Prize Pool Categories: Pork Brisket Chicken Pork Ribs Load in time: Friday September 10th at 1:00pm - 10pm Load out time: Saturday September 11th at 6:00pm PNWBA Site Inspection: September 10th at 2:00pm-3:45 pm Required Pitmaster Meeting: September 10th at 4:00pm Turn-in Times on Sunday 9/11: (Window is 5 minutes before to 5 minutes after) 11:00am- Pork 12:00pm - Brisket 1:00pm - Chicken 2:00pm - Ribs Safety Requirements: For safety, the following requirements must be followed: Masks – There is currently no mask requirement outdoors in this area, however masks may be required indoors. Team Requirements: Please view the Cook Rules located here. Each site will be inspected to meet these requirements. If you are a new to competition BBQ team or new to PNWBA competitions, we recommend visiting our New Team Info page.. Entry Fee: Entry fee is $200.00 USD. A designated amount of $15.00 from the entry fee is non-refundable to cover payment and event processing expenses. In the event of a cancellation by the event coordinator, $185.00 will be refunded from the entrants payment. Sampling: There are sampling opportunities available for Saturday. The split is 50/50.
