JOB OPENINGS - CELINA, TEXAS / NORTH DALLAS / DENTON AREAS We are a commercial cleaning company who specializes in cleaning neighborhood amenity areas. We are looking for someone who would like to work independently, yet with several weekly part time jobs to keep you busy and earning good money. (average pay is $13 - $18 per hour). Maintenance worker: earn $40 per hour for experienced handyman! If you have a truck, that is more opportunity for you, but not required. We currently have 5 weekly jobs available. The right candidate can have all, if you want! JOBS: 1. porter/grounds cleaning (2)- walking trails and picking up trash and debris (averages 3-4 hours total per job) - DENTON 2. window cleaning - a few locations are monthly, some are quarterly - PAY IS DIFFERENT FOR EACH LOCATION, BUT APPROX $20 per hour 3. haul offs: (MUST HAVE A TRUCK) going to different location and picking up items left at dumpsters (that is on call and you would have 24 hours to complete that assignment). This job requires truck and pays $50 -$75 per trip. (you must have a place to take it as no dump fees are included) 4. grounds/porter cleaning in CELINA - Monday-Friday 8am-12noon. 5. maintenance worker - part time - set your own schedule! various locations as needed: lite duty maintenance such as repair gate latches, toilets, install pet stations, etc. $40 per hour for skilled work If you are interested in any of the jobs above, and if you meet the following requirements, please email asap.
