ceiling paint scraping

I have about 300 sqft of badly peeling ceiling paint. It is a plaster ceiling with a coat of calcimine, then several coats of paint (that are not sticking because of the calcimine). I've tested scraping a small section and it seems to come off pretty easy with a glass scraper (with razor blade). The paint has been tested and is lead free. I'm looking for someone to come over and completely scrape (even where the paint is not peeling back) one room and a hallway (around 300 sqft total). I have a two foot portable platform to make it easier to reach.
