Individual to plans, directs, and helps control all maintenance activities to provide a clean and safe environment and courteous service to guests. Maintains high quality standards of service to all Sybaris guests. Job Description: · You will be responsible for servicing the cleanliness of the swimming pools and of the equipment of pools, waterfalls, hot tubs and spas. · Daily cleaning activities include: net, scrub, vacuum, test water quality and add proper amount of chemicals. · You will also change small working parts, report unusual problems to management, maintain detailed written daily log, assist with large repairs and special projects, and assist with special tasks as assigned by direct supervisor. · Some experience with direct commercial pool or water feature cleaning and maintenance experience is preferred. · We are not a seasonal or summer-only business, we stay busy all year-round. Qualifications: · Fluent English IS Required: Speaking, Reading and Writing. · You must be able to lift heavy objects and work outdoors, in all seasons, on your feet, often wading in knee-high water. · Reliable, On-Time, Friendly, Honest and Hard-Working. · Ability to Work Independently and Unsupervised. · Ability to make minor repairs in suites and ability to learn other aspects of the maintenance department. · Note that a background check and drug testing is a condition of starting employment. · We will respond to qualified applicants only, by telephone, so please remember to include your daytime number for a call back. · Thank you for your interest.
