Edler Warehouse is currently seeking a Customer Service Representative(s) (full-time) & Warehouse Associates to immediately fill the position in our Customer Service Department in our 3 Warehouses -Morton Grove, Skokie and Lincolnwood, IL. We are a fast-paced distribution center that is looking for dedicated professionals who want to join a dynamic company and help us write our next chapter of growth. Qualified candidates will be responsible for managing the quality of product and service delivery and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: CSR • Report to Operations and Customer Service Manager and Office Administrator. • Responsible for coordinating daily orders received for the timely shipment of products. • Data entry, process, and release customer orders to the warehouses. • Work closely with the warehouse/shipping departments. • E-mails and faxes Bill of Ladings and order tracking confirmations to customers. • Communicates effectively with Customers, Supervisors and Management. • Manage customer accounts and respond to each email and telephone inquiries. • Perform other tasks as requested. • Attention to detail and ability to balance multiple priorities, work with speed and competence. Required Experience: CSR • High School diploma or equivalent • 2+ years’ customer service experience – (call center, customer service) • Excellent telephone etiquette, managing calls professionally and respectfully. • Well organized, great time management skills with ability to multi-task. • Able to work Monday thru Friday 8am to 5pm • Excellent communication, delegation, follow-up, and analytical skills. • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites. Responsibilities: Warehouse Associate Position This is a physically demanding job which includes long hours of standing and heavy lifting, unloading large items and driving a FORKLIFT • Fulfilling the day’s orders (picking, packing, receiving, and shipping). • Process and ship orders as needed • Assist Warehouse manager with daily tasks. • Stock and re-stock shelves and count inventory • Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area in the warehouse. • Efficiently ensure that orders are correct. • Follow safety guidelines as required.
