I’m nearing the end of a kitchen remodel and need to tie up a few loose ends. Days/evenings available for the work: this Friday and/or Saturday (August 20-21). I can accommodate anytime, even early or late on these days -- so daytime or before/after other work is fine. I’m not available other days. Electrical: I have wiring in place for 3 different lightings and need to sort out what goes with what, get pendant lights hung and have dimmer switches installed for each. I also have an outlet and light switch wires coming up a hole in the floor that were previously in a wall that was removed. These wires need to be moved over a bit to fit a new kitchen island. I have the measurements, just need to drill a new hole and move them. Plumbing: I have 2 capped pipes and a water line sticking up from the kitchen floor about 18” that I no longer want (previously in a wall that was removed). I need to have them cut and capped below the floor line (basement) so the floor and island can go over that spot. This should be pretty easy for someone who has the right tools and knows what they are doing. Your email reply should be clear and give me an indication of your skills to complete this job. Sadly, Craigslist is full of scammers and blowhards, so I’ll be vetting for a legit, serious reply. The more you can tell me your plan of action and timing, the better it will help me. Thanks
