Description

Part Time Maintenance / Caretaker needed for twenty unit senior apartment building in River Falls WI. This person will be responsible for completing resident work orders, common area maintenance, cleaning of the common areas, policing of the exterior grounds, responding to maintenance emergencies, working with a maintenance supervisor to complete preventative maintenance, unit turn over maintenance, meeting vendors on site to allow access, and various other maintenance or cleaning duties as assigned. The ideal candidate will have previous maintenance experience preferably in an apartment setting.
