Medium-sized heavy civil contractor seeks reliable, on time, responsible, safe, organized, observant, energetic person to manage yard. Among other duties, the successful candidate will check the condition of small equipment, load and unload the parts runner, put items away in their proper places, keep the yard neat and tidy, clean the shop, etc. The successful candidate must be able to operate a forklift and wheel loader and be able to lift fifty pounds. After given initial direction, guidance, and priorities; the successful candidate must be able to manage themselves and the yard with little supervision. The successful candidate must have a clean driver’s license and reliable vehicle for commuting.
