Job Description If you aspire to be in the carpentry field, and are interested in learning as you go, your talent is needed in our small custom remodeling company. We're looking for a reliable, hard-working person with an excellent driving record and attention-to-detail, for a laborer/truck driver position in our small, family atmosphere. We are an award-winning design-build general contractor with over 40 years of experience, that specializes in custom residential remodels ranging from small bathroom remodels to significant additions. We work primarily on the Eastside of Lake Washington and offer a competitive financial package, including fully paid benefits. Qualifications: • Must be able to lift and carry 75 lbs • A positive, self-starter type that can work with little or no supervision • Maintain high quality projects, safe work habits, with production in mind • Must have your own vehicle and have a current valid Washington driver's license with a good driving record • Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening • Able to work Monday through Friday, 7am - 5pm. • Must live within a 20 mile radius of Kirkland, WA Responsibilities Include: • Work under a lead carpenter to execute residential remodeling projects with the utmost attention to detail and care. • Develop good client relationships to ensure the projects success and future sales.
