Transport Distribution Co. a successful regional truckload carrier is in need of an experienced shop manager. We currently run 134 tractors and over 400 trailers. We generally do mostly preventative maintenance on only our own equipment. Our crew includes a total shop crew of approximately 10 people. Experience with DPF systems and general tractor trailer repair is a must. This manager will be responsible for keeping staffed for a 6 day a week day shift only crew, DOT regulations compliance, OSHA regulations compliance, driver relations, emergency breakdowns, purchasing, safety, tractor trailer technology and any other responsibilities that may arise when running a maintenance shop.
