QLM is ACTIVELY Hiring for Multiple different Labor type positions, for many different projects and opportunities in both the construction & landscaping industries. No experience needed; but individuals with the prior experience we are seeking will be eligible to start at a higher pay wage. Hiring MULTIPLE Individuals for the Following Positions: - Skilled Laborers and/or Material Handlers with prior construction experience - Carpenter Helpers and/or general installers - General Laborers with zero experience needed; just need a positive attitude & a strong work ethic - Landscape Labor & Irrigation Techs - Labor Foreman - Forklift Operator (Rough Terrain) - Heavy Equipment Operators; Must be able to proficiently operate excavators and mini-ex's to be considered General Requirements Include: - Must be able to understand and carry out written and/or verbal instructions - Must be able to communicate and deal effectively with team members at all levels - Seeking reliable individuals who can commit to work schedule and overtime as needed with daily reliable transportation - Must be able to perform job duties that require standing or walking for 8+ hours; including in poor weather conditions such as rain, snow, or hail - Must Have at least 1 year of previous experience working in the construction industry (unless applying for our open General Labor positions that require no prior work experience). - PPE that QLM will provide but our Team Members must remember to bring & wear their PPE daily - Must have Work Boots; these are not provided by QLM All Positions are Immediate Needs!!!
