Property preservation company in need of two crews to perform trash removal, grass cuts, door knob changes, window boarding, cleaning services and winterizations on federal foreclosed properties. The properties are located in Baltimore County, Prince George's County, Montgomery County and Charles County. Must be able to take same day work orders and completed in accordance with completion date on the work order. Must be prepared to start taking work orders beginning August 30, 2021. Must provide your own transportation and equipment. The contractor must also be willing to take photos of the properties using the client’s app. Training provided. Woman crews welcome. Serious candidates only. Pay per project on net 30 day basis.
