Looking for a Painter experienced with spraying large areas

Looking to spray paint an old commercial building. 7000 sq ft. Ceiling (painted concrete) is flat black and the walls (exposed painted brick) are white. Very little cutting in to do (windows only on one side.) I have an industrial grade sprayer you can use if you don't have your own. Ceilings are 11' so stilts or a long gun extension would make this a lot easier. While anyone can make a sprayer work, I'm looking for someone with lots of experience with a sprayer and knows how to do it right without getting paint everywhere. Willing to pay hourly, daily, or fixed bid. Please describe your experience and suggested price. Want to do this ASAP.
