Hello. My name is Laura and I manage Aspen Park Apartments in northeast Joplin. We are in the beginning stages of starting a community garden. I’m also hoping to find someone with a small tractor that would be willing to break up the ground for us. I know there would be some cost involved with fuel and that persons time.
