OBJECTIVE/PURPOSE: Join a small team of workers that have perfected their pack down skills, with attention to detail and overall pride in what they produce. Job entails: • Building boxes to Carbon Chemistry spec with great attention to detail an eye for perfection • Packing down of powders from Vendor Packed products to our custom packaging by hand and/or by using automated systems • Labeling and palletizing the finished products by size and product • Building orders based on daily sale orders • Receiving deliveries and unloading trucks • Warehouse organization and daily cleaning • Jobs as assigned We have a full hands on approach to our daily operational duties, which continues to aid in our success and growth. PRINCIPAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Must have: • Reliable transportation • Be able to lift 60lbs frequent • Stand for long periods of time • Work with PPE (goggles, filtered masks, gloves, etc.) • The ability to read, understand, and follow instructions Skillsets: • Strong math skills are a plus • Understand weights and measurements is a plus • Strong communication skills • Attention to detail • Self-motivated • Multitasking skills is a must • Follow through/completing task in a timely organized manner
