Regular Landscape & Maintenance Help Needed

I am in need of someone for regular property care around my large property. I have a lawn care company but need someone to assist with the detailed upkeep. That would include trimming the ivy on the house, planting perennials, pulling out plants that don't belong if they crop up, maintaining the stone fire pit and walk ways, cleaning windows, spraying for wasps, etc. This would need to be weekly or bi-weekly, approx. 20 hours a month.
