Antique Design, a full service construction and remodeling company located in Breckenridge Colorado is hiring Skilled and Unskilled labor. We perform various construction projects from kitchen and bath remodels, additions, to light commercial work. Individuals should be team players with an already strong set of skills or the desire to learn. I will provide the atmosphere for you to gain skills if you have the desire. I am looking for people skilled or wanting to learn various tasks that we complete in house. Tile Setting, Trim, Framing, Cabinet installation, Drywall Patching, Painting, Demolition, Cleaning, and Managing Materials. This is an employee position, you will be covered by Unemployment, Workers Comp, and Payroll Taxes will be deducted from your check. This is not a subcontractor/1099 employee situation typically found in the construction industry here in Summit County. Pay is twice a month, hourly wages depend on the tools you own, qualifications, and attitude. As for a basic disclaimer: You must have your own transportation to and from various job sites. Your girlfriend, boyfriend, or uncle’s car does not count. You must already live in the Park County, Summit County, or Southern Grand County. Don’t bullshit me on how great and talented you are. I’ve been doing this since I was a teenager. You probably suck if you claim to be the best in the business. I make mistakes all day long and own up to them, you should to. I have a great crew already, if you can’t fit in then I’ll ask you to move on. There is a trial period of a week or two, if you turn out to be an idiot I’ll hand you a check and ask you to move on.
