Looking for a Maintenance Technician who can perform different types of maintenance tasks. Benefits provided: medical/ dental/ vision/ PTO and 401K + Match. Current schedule is Monday to Friday from 7-4pm. Schedule is subject to change from 1-9pm depending on project (must be flexible). *Weekends as needed based on emergencies & projects* $18 Per Hour Experience Candidate: - Light patching and painting - Small repairs - Light plumbing (unclogging toilets, urinals, sinks, etc.) - Change lights and ballasts - Change ceiling tiles - Light HVAC - General cleaning - Positive attitude - Team player - Good verbal and written communication Please call Vanessa at 949-490-1418 or 949-435-9219 for more information.
