1-800 Radiator & A/C (a Driven Brands company) is seeking a Warehouse associate to join our team. The right candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of management experience. This professional is self-driven, highly effective, and results oriented. This is a key position within a growing and dynamic business enterprise, providing extensive development and promotional opportunities! This position is based out of Cincinnati, Ohio. As one of the largest independent auto parts distributors in the nation, 1-800-RADIATOR & A/C sells more than 1,000,000 radiators every year with more than 200 locations. 1-800-RADIATOR & A/C has the largest inventory of radiators, condensers, air conditioning parts, fan assemblies, fuel pumps and related parts in the nation. Ideal Candidate: Prior warehouse and dispatching experience Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Strong computer skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to build a team around them and build a positive work culture Clean driving record Primary Responsibilities: Open and close warehouse daily Schedule drivers Route and dispatch all daily deliveries Receive and shelf all inventory Perform inventory cycle counts Generate revenue in accordance to sales plan Promote our brand and visibility Maintain high customer satisfaction and retention Experience & Skills: Multi-lingual is a plus Business training and/or education a plus Job Type: Full-time Salary: Based on experience Experience: Warehouse Management: 2 years (Preferred) Please email me your contact information and a good time to call and I will be in touch shortly.
