We are looking for a part time maintenance technician to help with maintenance requests and apartment turnovers at an apartment community in Lynchburg. The job requires some knowledge of electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, etc. HVAC knowledge is helpful but not required. The successful applicant should live in or near Lynchburg, have their own tools, drivers license and dependable transportation.
Our company owns and manages approximately 350 apartments in the Central Virginia area and has been in the business since 1996. We offer competitive pay and benefits.
