Rehoming 4year old dog - Shepherd Mix

We are needing to rehome our 4 year old dog Scooby. His brother and he are no longer getting along. We will be very sad to see him go, but we are determined to find him a wonderful home! We will be picky about who we home him with. He just likes to play rough with dogs in general, wrestling, but never aggressive except now occasionally toward his brother. He is a high energy dog that is very loyal. He needs an active owner that can exhaust his high energy with walks and hikes. He loves water! But does not like cats or chickens. He has grown up as an outdoor dog on a little under an acre of property. But when indoors he loves to follow you around and lay his head on your lap and beg to be pet.
