TAR AND PEBBLE ROOFER NEEDED

Need someone who can do this type of roof. Here is the outline and quote I got from a roofer that cannot get to it as he is on a larger job. If you can't do it like this and for this price please do not contact me. Estimate is attached.. I'm looking for an experienced roofer who can identify this type of repair and follow this estimate. It is about 575 ft of flashing to remove and replace. Some repairs will be needed before new flashing goes back on. Text only please
