We are Creative Outdoor Advertising, an advertising firm doing business across US and Canada since 1983. We advertise on street furniture like benches, bus shelters and recycling bins that you have probably seen in your neighborhood. We are looking for a handy, reliable person who enjoys working outdoors to maintain street furniture sites in the Rapid City, SD area. Job Duties: · perform site visits and take photos of the site · sign installations · general maintenance and upkeep of the furniture · consistent garbage and recyclables collection Experience: Contractors, construction, grounds keeping, landscaping, handypersons, general labor, property managers, maintenance technicians, mechanics, janitorial, sanitation workers, waste management, would all be complimentary backgrounds for this role. You need: · A valid driver’s license · A truck and trailer (or large SUV or van) · Like working outdoors · Power tools (and know how to use them) Pay information: Base $180.00 a month with opportunity for additional earnings for extra service requests. This is a part-time (4 hours per month) long-term opportunity with training provided throughout.
