Strongly prefer that you have your own tools. We’re looking for highly motivated, hardworking individuals who want to roll up their sleeves and get dirty. As an Install Helper you will be working in an entry level position, learning the technical side of the HVAC industry. From this position there are opportunities to move into Install Lead or into Maintenance and Service if you’re a hard worker and a fast learner. What You Need: You must be able to pass a background check Valid driver’s license with an excellent driving record EPA Certified Passion for excellent customer service Must be well groomed and have a professional appearance Must have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) Must work well independently while remembering that you are part of a team Must be able to regularly climb ladders (some of them 30ft high) and work in very hot, confined spaces Must have a very flexible schedule Who Are We?
